The American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) 2025 annual meeting will be held from December 7-10 in Las Vegas, NV, United States. Q. Where is the 60th ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting & Exhibition being held?
A. The meeting is being held in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. The Mandalay Bay Convention Center includes the South Convention Center, North Convention Center, and the Michelob ULTRA Arena. All ASHP sessions, events, and exhibits will take place in the South Convention Center unless otherwise noted. The Mandalay Bay Hotel is the headquarters hotel and the MGM Grand Las Vegas is the co-headquarters hotel.
Q. My preferred hotel is sold out; what should I do?
A. Many hotels in the official hotel room block sell out quickly. In order to secure the best rate possible on your meeting accommodation, you should choose another hotel from the list.
Q. What is the attire for the Midyear Clinical Meeting?
A. The attire at ASHP national meetings is business casual. When packing, keep in mind that the weather in Las Vegas in early December is typically cool during the day and cold at night. The average high is 60 degrees and the average low is 40 degrees. Because hotels and convention centers are also cool, ASHP highly recommends that you bring a sweater with you when attending sessions or dress in layers. Be sure to pack comfortable shoes for navigating the meeting and exploring Vegas.
Q. Is my child allowed at the Midyear Clinical Meeting?
A. For health and safety considerations, children under the age of 16 will not be admitted to the exhibits, educational programs, special events, poster sessions, PPS, or Residency Showcase.
Q. Is there a Nursing Room available at the Midyear Clinical Meeting?
A. Yes, a nursing room will be available during the Midyear meeting. Please check the ASHP LIVE! app for the exact location and hours.
Q. Can I bring a guest to the Midyear Clinical Meeting?
A. Yes, guests are welcome to attend the Midyear meeting; however, ASHP does not have an official Guest Program package for purchase during the meeting. A registrant may purchase a badge for a guest at the meeting at the Customer Relations counter.

A hotels with four-star rating shares similar amenities as a three-star hotel, but it includes an additional restaurant and bar option, concierge, and a swimming pool, among others.
